⚠️ Atenção: Por favor apenas entre em contato caso você esteja de acordo com os termos descritos abaixo:
ANIMAÇÃO 2D➤ Você fornecerá o arquivo PSD ou PNG para a animação.➤ Todas as encomendas são enviadas somente em .MP4 OU .MOV (para algum outro formato específico por favor me informar)➤ Meu trabalho pode levar até duas semanas para ser concluído dependendo da complexidade.➤ Os Wip's serão apresentados com uma marca d'água em cima caso o pagamento não seja completo
1° - Pagamento:➤ Pix
O pagamento será feito logo após o pedido.Eu irei iniciar o serviço APENAS quando for efetuado pelo menos 50% do pagamento.
2° - Prioridade na fila:➤ Caso seja necessário será cobrado R$100 no valor total da comissão.
3° - NDA (Termo de Sigilo)➤ Caso a sua comissão precise ser secreta até determinada data (não mostrar para o público logo após finalizada) terá um acréscimo no valor total da comissão (Valor fixo de R$50).
4° - Reembolso➤ Se eu tiver um progresso significativo, ele só será reembolsado em 50% do valor total.
5° - Alterações➤ Alterações podem ser requisitadas durante o processo (wip) da comissão, após ela ser aprovada e finalizada qualquer alteração terá um custo.
6° - Créditos:➤Você deverá colocar os créditos dos meus trabalhos como @vfxbyduback

DIREITOS DO ARTISTA:- Eu tenho direito de cancelar/não aceitar fazer a comissão por qualquer causa.- Eu retenho os direitos de animação da comissão

- Eu tenho o direito de mostrar a comissão do cliente no meu portfólio ou virar exemplo para próximas comissões.
OUTROS ESTILOS:➤Qualquer estilo de edição como: Animação 3D, MMV, MOTION, VIDEOCLIPE, 3D THUMBS e entre outros. Tratar diretamente comigo.

Terms of Service
⚠️ Warning: Please only contact us if you agree to the terms described below:
2D ANIMATION➤ You will provide the PSD or PNG file for the animation.➤ All orders are sent only in .MP4 or .MOV format (for any other specific format, please inform me).➤ My work may take up to two weeks to complete depending on the complexity.➤ Work in progress (WIPs) will be watermarked if payment is not complete.
1° - Payment:➤ Wise
Payment will be made immediately after the order is placed.I will only start the service once at least 50% of the payment has been made.
2° - Priority in line:➤ If necessary, an additional $50 will be charged on top of the total commission fee.
3° - NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)➤ If your commission needs to remain confidential until a certain date (not shown to the public immediately after completion), there will be an increase in the total commission fee (fixed amount of R$50).
4° - Refund➤ If I make significant progress, I will only be refunded 50% of the total amount..
5° - Changes➤ Changes can be requested during the committee's work-in-progress (WIP) process. After the committee is approved and finalized, any further changes will incur a cost.
6° - Credits:➤You must credit my work as @vfxbyduback
